In this quarterly class, I will explore everything that can affect your energy, and give you practical tools to keep your energy vibrating as high as possible.

These proven techniques will allow you to clean your energy field and shield yourself when someone’s energy is negatively impacting you.

Each class includes a short meditation during which powerful healing energy is sent to all participants.

Questions are welcome! Christine may bring you on camera to answer your question during class.
