Hi, I'm Christine Lang

I am a spirit channel, medical intuitive, and guide for those who are ready to transform their health, their careers, and their relationships by listening to the wisdom of their spirit.

For nearly three decades, I’ve helped more than 14,000 clients reclaim clarity, vitality, and emotional freedom by translating the messages of their spirit — the deeper intelligence that knows precisely why symptoms appear, why patterns repeat, and why certain truths feel impossible to speak.

The Path I Took to Get Here

My work wasn’t always in the healing world.

I was raised in a culture that taught me not to trust myself.

I grew up believing that feminine energy was weaker — less capable, less powerful, less effective.

So I adapted.

I learned to succeed by leading with my masculine energy, mastering the rules of a world built by, and for, men.

As a young attorney, I thrived in environments fueled by competition and pressure. On the surface, I looked like I was winning.

But my body was keeping score.

As a child, I battled recurring tonsillitis from swallowing truths I was too afraid to speak.
As a pre-teen, I developed stomach pain under the pressure to be attractive, agreeable, and non-threatening.
As a lawyer, I suffered severe allergies from the self-criticism I used to survive in a culture of aggression.

My spirit had been speaking through my body all along.

When my allergies became unbearable, I finally began to listen.

In search for a cue, I rediscovered the power of my feminine wisdom — the intuition-based intelligence I had buried.

My spirit whispered truths.

I listenened.

And I healed.

The Work I Do Now

Once my spirit taught me to heal myself, I began helping others hear the messages their spirit was sending - through chronic symptoms, repeated patterns, and the quiet ache of self-abandonment.

My mission is to guide women back to the truths they swallowed to stay loved, accepted, and safe — and to help them reclaim the feminine intelligence they were taught to distrust.

My work is not self-improvement.

It is self-restoration — a return to the authority and magnetism that come from living deeply aligned with your truth.
Through private sessions, workshops, an online academy, and my book Ask Your Spirit, I teach women how to communicate directly with their spirit so they can:

dissolve patterns of self-silencing
heal the emotional wounds that create physical symptoms
rebuild trust in their intuition
and lead life from a calm, embodied power that no longer needs to prove itself

Your spirit has been collecting the pieces you abandoned to stay loved.

My work is to help you reclaim them back into your body, your voice, your life. When you live guided by your spirit, your clarity and confidence are unshakeable.

My husband and I live near Chapel Hill, NC, and love being close to the youthful, progressive energy of this college town. When I’m not working with clients, I love meditating, gardening, and playing with our 2 cats and our tiny dog Pippin.
