      I frequently mention listening to music in order to help raise your vibrational level to particular frequencies. At this point someone usually asks which musical pieces vibrate at higher vibrational levels. The following is a list of CDs that vibrate at the 4th chakra level or higher. The name of the CD is given, followed by the artist. The CDs chosen were selected because they vibrate consistently on a particular frequency level. 

      I recommend playing 4th chakra music in your house to help you and your family vibrate at the 4th chakra level throughout your day. For meditation sessions you will want to vibrate higher, and so I recommend the music that vibrates at the 6th chakra level or higher.
